Job Description:

The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable operation of our site-based mining facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance team to meet company standards and objectives in a cost-effective manner.
  • Provide technical advice and direction to drive engineering effectiveness through quality engineering deliverables, performance management, safety, and sustainability in design and constructability reviews.
  • Review engineering designs using applied understanding of design, construction, operation, and maintenance requirements and practices.
  • Support Projects team by providing technical input into engineering reviews and contribute to project execution strategies.
  • Ensure port facilities are adequately maintained to avoid disruption to the supply chain and prevent non-compliances to environmental standards.
