  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock Management: Assist in stock-take and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using pallet jack/walkie stacker, barcode scanners, and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Education and Experience: Relevant education and experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
