Warehouse Officer Role at Scorptec

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our team at Scorptec. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Dispatching: Receive and dispatch shipments to and from delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Picking and Packing: Pick products from the warehouse for pick-up and delivery orders, and pack goods into cartons and/or pallets for delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Verify quantity and quality of goods, freight invoices, and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Stock-Take and Customer Service: Assist in stock-take and provide excellent customer service, responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Attitude and Skills: Possess a can-do attitude, willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse, and ability to identify main differences in IT hardware, components, and systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail, specifically in regards to matching up serial numbers and product codes.
  • Driver's License and Safety: Hold a current Driver's License and have knowledge on proper manual handling safety & procedures.
  • Equipment Operation: Experience using pallet jack/walkie stacker, and barcode scanners.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
