Main Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with strategies related to student behavioral intervention plans and assistive technology, enhancing student outcomes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and working towards an Associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field, demonstrating commitment to lifelong learning.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs and ability to maintain confidentiality, showcasing empathetic skills.
- Crisis Prevention and Intervention certification, highlighting expertise in handling challenging situations.
