Job Title: Digital Creative Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Production Manager to oversee and produce high-quality content for our Growth marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in creative production, with a strong background in managing teams and projects. They will be responsible for developing and executing Growth marketing briefs, managing shoot execution, and representing the team in weekly stand-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Growth marketing briefs from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality output.
  • Manage shoot execution, including pre-production, on-set lead, post-production, and logistic implementation.
  • Represent the team in weekly stand-ups, manage project requests, and work closely with creative leads and Growth marketers.
  • Lead UGC content generation across third-party platforms, manage talent selection, briefing, feedback rounds, and editing of assets.
  • Mentor Junior Motion Editor on a day-to-day basis, manage scheduling/traffic management, and ensure they are set up for success.
  • Drive process improvements cross-functionally to maximize efficiency and quality of output.
  • Analyze the performance of ads to identify concept changes and opportunities.
  • Ensure all assets produced adhere to Koala's brand guidelines, production standards, and working practices.
  • Oversee a clear testing roadmap and creative delivery cadence for paid social, organic social, and promotional content.
  • Stay up-to-date with different marketing platforms and optimize content for those platforms.
