We are seeking highly skilled Clinical Lead Speech Pathologists to join our multi-disciplinary therapy team at Ability WA.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to infants and young children, including those with neurodevelopmental delays and mealtime difficulties. You will work closely with our experienced team of therapists to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and provide support to customers and their families when transitioning to NDIS therapy services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Speech Pathology, including working with children under the age of 2, and possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology along with current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
What We Offer- A competitive salary package of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus non-profit organisation salary packaging benefits up to a maximum of $18,550
- 3 wellness days per year, leave loading, paid parental leave, return from parental leave bonuses, and an employee assistance program
- Flexible working arrangements to suit your life, supported by a Therapy Team Leader and other experienced Clinical Leads
- Peer mentoring, informal and formal professional development opportunities, and a positive learning culture
- Minimum 5 years experience in Speech Pathology, including experience working with children under the age of 2
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
- Strong understanding of contemporary, disability-specific therapy supports, including assessments, interventions, reporting, and case management
- Outcomes-focused, with an evidence-based approach to service delivery and documentation that meets funding requirements
- Effective team player, collaborating and contributing to business goals, while mentoring peers and sharing expertise
