Job Description

The Delivery Lead role is a pivotal position within our Financial Services business.

This role sits at the helm of our BrokerX technology teams, supporting our CRM and Customer data platform.

You will be responsible for leading one of our technology teams based across 2-3 locations, including Xi'an.

  • Leading a team of up to 6-8 members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Forming part of the IT leadership team for Financial Services, driving team health, happiness, and performance.
  • Contributing to the development of your team's engagement, morale, and recruitment strategies.
  • Working closely with partners to facilitate end-to-end delivery of initiatives across cross-functional and agile teams.

You will leverage your experience to drive impactful change beyond your immediate scope of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Practical knowledge of agile software delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced leadership, coordination, motivational, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
  • Project management skills, ideally with program management experience.
  • A developed understanding of web technologies and complex systems.
  • Skills in line managing and mentoring people.
  • Experience leading technology projects using broad range of agile methodologies and in a variety of settings, including distributed teams.
