Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Work with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide Clinical Services: Provide a range of clinical services, including wound management, medication management, and palliative care, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Liaise with Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Supervise and Support Staff: Supervise and support our Personal Care Workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
- Registered Nursing Degree: Hold a current nursing degree and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in Aged Care: Have previous experience working in aged care, either in a residential or community setting.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing situations.
