Our Early Childhood Education program is designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in children. This is a part-time, permanent position offering 22.5 hours per week. The rostered working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm. In 2026, the position will extend to 4 days per week, 30 hours per week - Monday to Thursday - 8:15 am to 3:45 pm. Paid time off is provided during term breaks on a pro-rata basis, and discounted childcare is available at the co-located Whittlesea Childcare Centre.

We seek a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a minimum two years of teaching experience, full VIT registration, and practical expertise in including children with additional needs and working with children and families with trauma backgrounds. You will be able to contribute to a child-centered, friendly team and demonstrate excellence in teaching through scaffolding and documenting children's learning in play-based, child-led pedagogy.

The successful candidate will also be known for being positive and energetic, interested in joining a community of passionate and like-minded ECEC professionals, and seeking career progression opportunities while working close to the local community.
