Job Opportunity: Administration Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced administration officer to join our operations team.

The role involves maintaining members' superannuation accounts, ensuring data integrity, effective product delivery, timely and accurate maintenance of contributions and claims processing, and high-quality account maintenance. Service to our members is the focal point of all sections within the business unit.

Our roles include permanent positions and 12-month fixed-term/secondment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain members' superannuation accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process contributions and claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide high-quality account maintenance and ensure data integrity.

Requirements:

- Customer service experience in a high workload environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Superannuation or financial services experience is desirable.
