The Role

We seek a visionary industrial designer to spearhead the development of innovative play products. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for growth, collaboration, and creativity in shaping the future of outdoor play.


Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design high-quality play products from initial concept through mass production.
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers and product strategists to align designs with company vision.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Conduct market research and consumer trend analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and test prototypes using various methods, including 3D printing and collaboration with the in-house fabrication team.
  • Ensure all products meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
  • Work within established brand guidelines while bringing a unique perspective to your work.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design or a related field.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role designing quality consumer products.
  • Advanced-level Solidworks CAD skills, including producing detailed engineering drawings.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
