Job Description

This role will be based in our Sydney office, with the option of hybrid working. You'll report to one of our Account Directors and share responsibility for delivering ABM programmes and managing relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of ABM programmes from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and client-satisfying outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to advise clients on optimal strategies and keep them informed about developments and results, establishing a reputation for enthusiasm, understanding, and efficiency.
  • Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them make a meaningful impact and advance their careers.
  • Contribute to meeting commercial growth targets within major accounts.
  • Oversee project deliverables and finances, ensuring smooth execution and resource allocation.
  • Analyse data and interpret insights to inform ABM initiatives and drive business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in client-facing delivery roles, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing setting, with a proven track record of executing executive and partner engagement, and/or lead-generation campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) and/or B2B marketing expertise is highly valued.
  • Effective management skills to work seamlessly with local and global teams, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • The ability to effortlessly switch between strategic discussions and various hands-on tasks, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Specialist knowledge to provide expert advice to clients on optimal strategies, constructively challenging client briefs when necessary, and coordinating teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong time and project management capabilities to juggle multiple programme deliverables effectively.
