About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our client's team. As a key member of the supply chain planning function, you will be responsible for ensuring that inventory availability meets future customer demand. You will work closely with the General Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective demand planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a rolling demand plan for a short-term horizon in a seasonal, highly promotional environment.
  • Ensure inventory availability for a large and diverse customer base while adhering to company inventory policy.
  • Maintain inventory integrity across the network through cross-functional communication and thorough analysis.
  • Optimize stock turns while minimizing slow-moving and obsolete lines.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a Demand Planner role in a fast-paced, complex planning environment.
  • Demand and supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
