We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Casino Marketing Executive to join our team In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to boost visitation from existing and potential domestic VIP patrons.
About the Role- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase domestic VIP visitation and enhance customer engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the calendar of events and functions through engaging personal contact and direct mail offers.
- Support the Lucky North loyalty program by introducing new patrons and promoting tier movement with existing patrons.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to drive business growth.
- Analyze customer satisfaction and sales metrics to review and adjust strategies that drive customer growth.
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated casino marketing or sales experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of the casino market and relevant gaming compliance and legislation is essential.
- Experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the hospitality industry, ideally in an executive host function.
- Experience within an integrated resort environment is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
