We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Simulator Technician to join our team at our new Training Centre in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our synthetic training devices, ensuring their availability and performance.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair simulator equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Assist flight crew and instructors during training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality and safety standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance maintenance processes and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Certificate IV Aeroskills (Avionics) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in simulator maintenance, avionics, or electrical control system maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of technical processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
