Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Commercial Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting major repairs, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced individual who can work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
  • Conduct major repairs on engines, transmissions, differentials, and other critical components.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in heavy diesel trucks and trailers.
  • Collaborate with other mechanics and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow.

**Requirements:**
  • Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a heavy diesel mechanic.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and experience working with diesel engines, transmissions, and brake systems.
  • Australian Manual Drivers Licence preferred but not essential.
