Portfolio Manager Opportunity

This is a unique chance to take on the role of Portfolio Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing a national commercial and retail portfolio. You will lead a dedicated team, building strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include positioning and protecting investment performance, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management. You will also facilitate resources, promote an overall team effort, and resolve property issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in property management, a Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, and strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities. Strong Excel skills, organisational, and negotiation abilities are essential. Ability to build and foster key relationships and work in a highly team-oriented environment is also required.
