This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the future of data-driven decision-making across our business.

As a key team member, you'll report to the Senior Data Scientist and be responsible for building models, analyzing stock movement, and developing world-class data products.

Your primary focus will be on supply chain analytics, but you'll also provide insights and expertise to high-level stakeholders within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exploratory Analysis:
  • Solve business challenges through EDA and Machine Learning.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to create scalable data solutions.
  • Identify opportunities within the existing supply chain network to improve efficiency and make lasting changes.
Data Products:
  • Build predictive and optimisation models for actionable insights.
  • Integrate various data sources for a single clear Supply Chain view.
  • Develop and embed products to enhance decision-making.
Full Stack Support:
  • Support your peers in building ETL pipelines, data integrations, and solving urgent ad-hoc business queries.

  • Proficient in SQL & Python
  • Machine Learning Deployment: Experience developing on cloud platforms (Databricks or similar)
  • BI Tools: Some experience in BI tools like ThoughtSpot a plus
  • Curiosity: Always digging for insights
  • Communication: Clear, persuasive data stories
  • Self-Starter: Prioritise and deliver independently
