Job Title: Compliance and Regulation Manager

TalentWeb is seeking an experienced compliance and regulation professional to join a dynamic team in Wollongong, AU.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated group of officers who provide essential services to the community.

This includes driving employee engagement initiatives, providing active leadership, and championing organizational change and reform.

In addition, the compliance and regulation manager will educate the community about the organization's statutory role in compliance and enforcement.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including culture and communication strategies, leadership development, and team building.
  • Provide active leadership and direction to develop a high-performing stakeholder and team-focused culture.
  • Champion organizational change and reform, supporting the organization's vision.
  • Educate the community about the organization's statutory role in compliance and enforcement.
