Job Overview

We are a leading force in the global luxury fragrance industry.

The Oceania-based Field Supervisor ensures sales growth by executing strategies, visiting stores, coaching staff, and managing merchandising. This role requires understanding market dynamics and adapting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish store performance goals and schedules.
  • Manage team shifts and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor competition and arrange store materials.
  • Support In-Store teams for retail success.
  • E nsure proper stock levels and product placement.
  • Build relationships and resolve operational issues.
  • Manage Point of Sale materials and orders.
  • Assist in hiring and motivate teams.
  • Provide coaching and motivation.
  • Conduct training sessions.
  • Manage areas: Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational FMCG or Luxury company within the Travel Retail channel.
  • Experienced in Trade Marketing/Operations in retail.
  • Preferably with experience as a Beauty Consultant earlier in career.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Customer focused and results oriented (i.e. Understanding of business dynamics).
  • Ability to build relationships and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Decision making/problem solving skills.
  • Willing to travel.
