Job Description

This role involves providing administrative, operational, and commercial support to the Marketing team. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless execution of launches, events, and retail activities while maintaining high standards of efficiency and organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain sell-in and sell-out data, compile weekly and monthly trackers for internal and global reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of retailer presentations, launch packs, and business reviews.
  • Support budget management: process invoices, track spend, reconcile costs against campaigns.
  • Follow up on newness (NPD) orders, update trackers, and support monthly sales reporting.
  • Provide data support for forecasting and ordering processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing, commercial, or administrative support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to reporting systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
