About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled professional to provide protection and safety response services to personnel, assets and building infrastructure. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination of safety responses to acts of aggression and protection of assets and building infrastructure across Logan and Beaudesert Health facilities, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to staff, patients and visitors through compliance with policies and procedures.

About You: To excel in this role, you must have a genuine desire to contribute to our growth with your passion and expertise in security services. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Developing situation analysis and using de-escalation, negotiation and appropriate restraint techniques as required;
  • Building and proactively managing relationships with customers/clients and team members;
  • Relating with a variety of consumers to prevent or reduce disruptive and/or aggressive behaviour;
  • Displaying interpersonal communication skills using appropriate tonality and manner with a focus on customer service and overall safety.
