This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Project Engineer.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer with a background in construction and rail infrastructure to deliver multiple projects across Brisbane.

  • Manage and monitor the completion of projects to ensure programme, budget, quality, environmental and contractual obligations are achieved safely.
  • Review design and construction plans, schedules, temporary works designs, method statements and job safety analysis.
  • Effectively assign tasks to project team members to deliver required outputs to agreed specifications.
  • Monitor KPIs and productivity analysis against programme and budget.

Mentor Project, Site and Graduate Engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction, preferably in infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
