Program Details- The Development Program has a continuous intake and recruits future leaders on an ongoing basis.
- You don't need to reapply for a position at the end of your program.
- For the first 6-18 months, graduates learn the fundamentals of the business, adapt to our culture, and gain hands-on experience.
Mainfreight promotes from within and has a dedicated Training and Development Team for employee growth.
Our company values are based on three pillars: Culture, Family & Philosophy. We encourage graduates to discuss areas of interest with their Branch Manager and pursue opportunities in areas like sales, operations, IT, or leadership.
Eligibility Criteria- You must be in your last semester of study or have graduated in the last 2 years with, at minimum, a 3-year Bachelor's degree.
- You must be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent residency.
