About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Product Manager to lead our electrical engineering apps, focusing on cloud-based and traditional PC software development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end software development phases, from concept to final testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of our electrical engineering apps.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements and develop new software projects that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide simple software solutions to complex problems, leveraging your analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Project Planning: Participate in and contribute to project planning and road-mapping of features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Management: Prioritize, organize, and build what matters to the business, leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Process Management: Manage and organize projects and teams using tools like Asana, Jira, and Confluence, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members across different time zones to find the best solutions to difficult problems.
  • Reporting: Provide project reporting that gives good visibility to the team, management, and customers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Directly impact strategic decisions of the business, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ensure seamless project execution, efficiency, and quality through documenting learnings for continued growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in cloud software products and driving agile development and releases.
  • Shipping Quality Products: A proven track record of shipping quality products that delivered high benefits for both business and customers.
  • Product Management Background: A product management background or technical/analyst background, understanding the challenges of varying roles on the team.
  • Analytical Thinking: An analytical thinker who lets metrics and facts influence product prioritization and strategy.
  • Customer Research: Experienced in unbiased customer research, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborative Approach: A collaborative approach, considering others' ideas, implementing new methods, surfacing and resolving disagreements, and empathizing with users.
