Lead Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and develop a team of logistics professionals to achieve exceptional performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, attendance, and performance within your area of responsibility.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Partner with senior leaders to establish and maintain quality control standards that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct management experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement initiatives.
  • Candidates must be flexible and willing to work varying shifts and weekends as needed.
