We are seeking driven individuals with relevant experience in water and wastewater repair and maintenance activities to provide a high standard of labouring skills to operate and maintain wastewater pump stations in the Fraser Coast Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual labouring tasks such as digging, lifting, and entering confined spaces.
  • Operate and maintain wastewater pump stations, including de-ragging and testing of in-situ sewer monitoring instrumentation.
  • Monitor and diagnose issues with online monitoring and telemetry systems.
  • Work safely and effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in water and wastewater repair and maintenance activities.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use online monitoring and telemetry systems.
  • Current Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Tetanus Immunisations (or willingness to undertake).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
