The role of a Maintenance Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring high equipment reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of kilns, mining areas, and site facilities
  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, and contractor teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Manage preventative and unplanned maintenance, shutdowns, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure safety standards, performance targets, and continuous improvement are met
  • Support planning, project execution, and contractor management
Requirements:
  • Mechanical trade background with at least 5 years' experience in heavy industry or mining
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
  • Certificate IV in Leadership or equivalent (highly regarded)
  • Statutory Supervisor Certificate of Competency
  • Knowledge of risk management, asset maintenance strategies, and SAP systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to manage contractors, budgets, and planning systems effectively
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and team development skills
