Job Role:

A senior maintenance leader is required to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and contractor maintenance teams.

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across kiln, mining, and site facilities.
  • Supervise mechanical, electrical, and contractor teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, manage preventative and unplanned maintenance, shutdowns, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure safety standards, regulatory requirements, and performance targets are met, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Maintenance leadership responsibilities include strategic planning, project execution, contractor management, budget control, and team development. Successful applicants will have a strong mechanical trade background with experience in heavy industry or mining.

Key Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership skills, ability to manage contractors, excellent communication skills, knowledge of risk management and asset maintenance strategies, Microsoft Office skills, SAP skills.
