The Move Management Consultant serves as the primary point of coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

They will be responsible for guiding the employee through the process, providing an excellent level of customer service while supporting and organizing the movement of household goods and personal items for our client’s assignees.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, cultural awareness, and time management capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive communication with customers and building strong relationships
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service and meeting quality standards
  • Coordinating logistics, pricing, move details, and troubleshooting/ resolving any process glitches
  • Partnering with customs and other governmental agencies as required
