About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead our project team in Hobart, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare site works, ensuring construction activities run smoothly.
  • Lead and support teams on-site, working closely with subcontractors and colleagues to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively, providing clear guidance and escalating issues when needed.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and resources, overseeing practices, checking work standards, and making sure materials and equipment are available when needed.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant trade qualification with experience in a supervisory role.
  • Telecommunications knowledge (advantageous).
  • Ability to read and interpret plans (advantageous).
  • Civil construction background (e.g., directional drilling, ploughing, open trenching).
  • Understanding of cabling requirements.
  • Willingness to travel across the state.
