Senior Care Team Coordinator

Job Summary:
Seeking an exceptional Senior Care Team Coordinator to lead and motivate our dedicated team in High Care. This role involves providing strategic guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the highest standards of dignity, respect, and wellbeing for participants.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Disability or a related field, previous leadership experience in the disability sector, and strong knowledge of NDIS principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement service plans, strategies, and initiatives that promote participant outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
- Conduct performance evaluations, training sessions, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or a related field.
- Previous leadership experience in the disability sector.
- Aged care or medical background in NDIS required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of disability support principles and practices.
- Current first aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Understanding of NDIS framework and guidelines.
