Lead Community Event Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Lead to manage our event calendar and deliver high-impact experiences that connect, inspire, and engage.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Events, Marketing, Business or similar and 4+ years of experience in a similar role. They will possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a knack for problem-solving, innovation, and delivering results.
This role requires excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about leading events that leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver a diverse calendar of internal and external events.
- Guide teams and build partnerships to ensure events reflect the brand's values.
- Analyse outcomes and continuously raise the bar with every event.
- Provide consultancy to internal teams to align events with the brand and strategy.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and partners, and manage sponsorships.
- A degree in Events, Marketing, Business or similar.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A knack for problem-solving, innovation, and delivering results.
