Technical Sales Consultant

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be part of a rapidly growing team of over 140 people who are experts in energy, technology, marketing, and operations. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to our growth.
Your key responsibilities will include educating customers about our product and processes, addressing their queries and concerns, and working closely with external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You will also handle complaints and Ombudsman cases, and resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. You will take initiative to suggest ideas on how to improve and streamline internal processes in collaboration with senior members of our Sales and Operations team.
You will assist with responding to customer reviews and passing on feedback to the appropriate teams to improve our service or product.
You will support regular business-as-usual processes where required to maintain the efficiency of the Sales and Operations teams.
You will work closely with fellow teammates to encourage and support one another to achieve our goals.
