Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Markets Operations Lead to drive operational excellence and transformational change within our APAC Financial Market Operations division. As the leader of the ANZ Financial Market Operations team, you will promote a culture of operational efficiency in service delivery to both internal and external customers, leveraging technology and data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ANZ Financial Market Operations team to deliver operational excellence and transformational change
  • Develop and implement effective processes to drive operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage technology and data to identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to create an environment where all team members feel valued and can thrive
