**Leadership Role for Cafe Team**

This is a dynamic leadership position within our cafe team. As the leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in food and beverage, with a proven track record of leadership responsibilities. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.

\

About You

  • Strong leadership and communication skills\
  • Experience in food and beverage management\
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service\
  • Familiarity with coffee making and food preparation procedures\
  • Availability to work five consecutive days, including one weekend day and Public Holidays\
  • Potential for occasional work outside these days depending on operational requirements and availability\
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification\
  • Food Safety Certificate\
  • Coffee making skills\
  • First Aid / CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)\
