Work as a Key Member of Our Front-of-House Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to contribute to our front-of-house staff in Parramatta. As a vital part of our gelato shop, you will embody the brand and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every guest has a positive encounter.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support sales growth by recommending gelato and other products to customers.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and cleaning tasks.
  • Be flexible and willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Australian permanent resident, working holiday or student visa holder.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced environments is desirable.
