Rivareno Gelato is a high quality gelateria in the Sydney region with an enviable reputation. We are hiring enthusiastic, hardworking staff with a passion for customer service (and of course gelato) to join our existing team. For this role you will be required to work weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests
- Serve gelato and other products with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safe food handling
- Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying team-focused
- Be punctual and reliable; present well and adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure smooth service
- Experience in hospitality, or gelateria preferred
- Passion for the service industry and an interest in food
- Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Friendly, bubbly personality and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Well-presented and safety conscious; exemplary hygiene
- Punctual and able to work days, nights and weekends
