As a compassionate and skilled nursing professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents in our residential aged care home.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for providing direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice nursing procedures.
  • Your expertise as a team leader will enable you to provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • You must work safely, protecting yourself, your colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures.

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly.
  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
  • Effective coaching/training skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
