Role Summary

We are seeking a seasonal sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a seamless experience for every customer interaction
  • Maintain store presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning
  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
  • Have a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment
  • A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of our team
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service

Additional Information:

Please note: our seasonal sales assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026 including extended trade, weekends, and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
