Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle conflicts in a calm and respectful manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale systems with knowledge of membership processes.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, adhere to policies and procedures, and foster a positive workplace environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Employee Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in Australia.
