As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll work alongside our high-performing team to deliver innovative solutions that keep trains moving and infrastructure resilient. Your focus will be supporting and working alongside the team delivering a variety of projects across the transport industry.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Support the team to deliver major rail projects by contributing to technical reports, designs & specifications, proposals and presentations.
  • Design and optimise track structures and alignments that power safe, efficient, and high-performance rail networks.
  • Understand client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions and contribute to bids and tenders.
  • Tackle complex challenges in special trackwork and transit space design, ensuring every curve, turnout, and crossover meets exacting standards.
