We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering project requirements according to agreed schedules consistent with Verbrec quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering project requirements according to agreed schedules consistent with Verbrec quality standards.
  • Maintaining mechanical engineering standards across all projects.
  • Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and peers.
  • Recommend improvements to engineering systems and processes.
  • Continuously developing industry networks and contacts.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team and take on new challenges.

Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:

  • Experience in a range of mechanical engineering skills, particularly piping and pressure vessel design, and analysis of static equipment.
  • Experience carrying out mechanical engineering design and documentation from concept through to construction stage.
  • Experience working in oil and gas facilities or similar heavy or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in development, application, and preservation of engineering and design standards, systems and processes.
  • Experience using PVElite and AutoPIPE or other equivalent design software.
  • Experience generating engineering estimates and quotations.
