Job Description

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As part of our leadership team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth and develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations and lead by example to showcase the ability to deliver results through a premium customer experience
  • Support the visions and goals of the business and create meaningful relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance and contribute to a supportive and motivated culture within the store
  • Manage relationships at various levels within the business and provide outstanding experiences for both stakeholders and team members

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs
  • Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
  • A customer-centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective coaching skills to improve the performance of other team members and create a supportive, motivated culture within the store
  • Ability to manage relationships at a variety of levels within the business
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
