**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Production Line Worker to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, measuring ingredients and mixing raw materials, monitoring dough/product quality and line performance, cleaning equipment and workspace, and working safely and adhering to safe practices.

  • Operate machinery to produce high-quality food products
  • Measure ingredients and mix raw materials according to recipes
  • Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting any deviations
  • Clean equipment and workspace to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Work safely and adhere to safe practices at all times

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat (bacon), etc.
  • Manual handling up to 25kgs
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or in hospitality (preferred but not essential)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Able to stand for long periods at a time
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to work in cool room environment
  • Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP)
