**Job Description:**

As a key member of the facilities team, you will play a crucial role in leading staff in the management of capital delivery, operations and maintenance, and facility usage. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

We are looking for an innovative individual with a solid understanding of the statutory requirements of facilities and someone who possesses leadership abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and advice to the facilities team;
  • Developing and reviewing service standards for community assets;
  • Developing and maintaining a Building and Facilities Management Program;
  • Managing and overseeing all contracts associated with the ongoing maintenance and management of facilities;
  • Exercising financial management by developing operational budgets, conducting financial reviews and forecasts, and determining fees and charge structure; and
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and liaison with all internal and external stakeholders.
