Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality services and drive business growth.

This role ensures that clients receive safe, person-centred care while supporting compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight of service delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Support and supervise senior staff members, including Clinical Leads and Business Services Coordinators.
  • Oversee governance and compliance with regulatory bodies, restrictive practices, reportable incidents, and WHS obligations.
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor income and expenditure, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead workforce systems covering recruitment, performance management, and industrial relations.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders, ensuring inclusive and strength-based service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive organisational culture, modelling collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide on-call support for exceptional or major incidents.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in executive leadership roles, managing multiple service streams concurrently.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams to deliver set outcomes.
  • Strong organisational, governance, and time management skills.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing compliance across NDIS, WHS, HR, and business operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget oversight and reporting.
  • Proficiency in administration, information systems, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a cultural leader and role model, fostering a values-driven, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
