With a focus on leadership and warehouse operations, we are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily activities of our warehouse staff. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with the team.

">Job Description

We are an essential service that brings stability to our organisation and offers opportunities for growth and development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, including order picking, checking, and loading.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all company vehicles are loaded in accordance with company requirements and that staff understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including OH&S and HACCP guidelines.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a high level of housekeeping and ensuring that the warehouse is kept in the best possible condition.

Additionally, you will assist management in achieving stock control and purchasing objectives and ensure that all paperwork and administrative requirements are completed accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Forklift license (preferred)
  • A good understanding of warehouse and distribution functions
  • Solid time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to participate in extra hours and duties as required
