Job Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the technical strategy of the team, leading the technical design of solutions within your squad. You will contribute to product discovery through tech direction and feasibility assessments, championing delivery success and innovation. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement is essential.

With a commitment to high engineering standards and operational excellence, you will promote team engagement, overseeing the well-being and health of the team. You will develop and manage your squads, focusing on team development and performance improvement.
