About Our Supply Chain and Subcontract Role

We are currently seeking highly skilled Supply Chain and Subcontracts professionals to join our Brisbane team on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Supply Chain and Subcontracts professional, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management Capability and work within the subcontracts team under the supervision of a Manager/Team Lead.

  • Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies.
  • Monitor and track subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Support the invoicing and payment processes related to subcontracts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members.
  • Foster positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency.

Requirements for Success

  • A tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce, or Law (or an anticipated graduation date before January 2026).
  • Australian Citizenship to meet Defence security requirements.
